07/26/2008The July Focus race is a 10-mile trail race in the suburb of Darien, IL. The Waterfall Glen Xtreme 10 is on Saturday July 26 and starts at 8am. The course runs through the Waterfall Glenn Forest Preserve on crushed limestone paths and includes a few steep hills. To register go to:
