Frontrunners/Frontwalkers Chicago is a club for lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transexuals and friends who are interested in running and walking together along Chicago's great open lakefront. We meet twice weekly, on Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. and Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. We always start from the Totem Pole in Lincoln Park. See the course map for its location.

Elections will take place during breakfast at Nookies (3334 N. Halsted) on Saturday, November 15, 2008 after the run at 10:30am. Ballots will be given to current members at that time.

Annual Picnic - New Date!
Join us for the annual Frontrunner/Frontwalker picnic on September 28 from noon-4pm. The club will be providing the beverages and stuff for the grill. We ask that you bring a snack or a side dish.
A parkload of activities are planned including volleyball and a water balloon toss. The club has also purchased a croquet set and a badmitton set so the enjoyment level will be skyhigh! We will be setting up at the southern most tip of the park on the peninsula that wraps around the southern end of Montrose Harbor.
